Submit a Letter of Inquiry to Be Considered for an Avadian Foundation Grant

The Letter of Inquiry (LOI) serves to introduce your organization and its proposal to the Avadian Foundation. This is a short form, requiring contact information, a brief description of your organization, and a description of your project and its budget.

Your LOI will serve as the basis for the Foundation’s decision to invite you to submit a full application. Therefore, your project plans must be finalized before you submit an LOI.

What Comes Next

You will receive an email confirmation upon submission of your completed LOI.

If you are invited to submit a full application, the Foundation staff will email you with instructions and deadlines for your submission.

If your LOI is declined, you may submit another LOI (with the same project or a new project) as soon as the next LOI cycle, which runs January through May each year.
