Avadian Foundation Ultimate Sports Fan Sweepstakes | Now – August 10, 2025
 

These Official Rules apply to the Avadian Foundation’s Ultimate Sports Fan Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) conducted by Avadian Credit Union and the Avadian Foundation (“Avadian”). The sweepstakes will end at 7 p.m. CDT, on Sunday, August 10, 2025 (“sweepstakes period”). By participating in this promotion, you agree to these Official Rules.

Employees or board members of the Avadian Foundation, other persons, or entities directly involved in the administration of this promotion, and any related person of the foregoing are not eligible.

DEFINITIONS. Capitalized terms used anywhere in these Official Rules have the following meanings unless expressly provided otherwise: “Related Person” means a natural person who is an immediate family member (parents, siblings, spouses, and persons living in the same household, whether or not related by blood, adoption, law, lineage, or descent). A Related Person is not eligible and cannot be a Qualifying Entrant.

Three prize packages will be awarded:

“Braves Package” refers to the Konica Minolta MLB Package and includes the following to the Major League Baseball game between the Atlanta Braves and the Washington Nationals at Truist Park in Atlanta, Georgia, on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 12:15 p.m. EDT: four (4) premium seats behind home plate, including food and beverages; one (1) VIP parking pass; access to the Delta Sky360° Club; and access to the stadium one hour before other guests. Prize value: $2,300.

“Falcons Package” refers to the Verinext/Arctic Wolf NFL Package and includes the following to the National Football League game between the Atlanta Falcons and the Carolina Panthers at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia, on Sunday, November 16, 2025, at 1 p.m. EST: two (2) tickets to enjoy the game from Suite S191, including food and beverages, and one (1) parking pass for the Red Deck. Prize value: $1,250.

“Atlanta United Package” refers to the Verinext/Arctic Wolf MLS Package and includes the following to the Major League Soccer game between Atlanta United and Columbus Crew at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia, on Saturday, September 13, at 7:30 EST: two (2) tickets to enjoy the game from Suite S191, including food and beverages, and one (1) parking pass for the Red Deck. Prize value: $1,250.

“Qualifying Entrant” means an entry made in accordance with these Official Rules by an individual (not business) who is eligible under these Official Rules to participate in the promotion. Must be 18 years of age to enter. “Qualifying Entry” is an entry made in compliance with these Official Rules by each Qualifying Entrant. “Entry Deadline” means 7 p.m. CDT, on Sunday, August 10, 2025.

ENTERING, PRIZES & TIME OF AWARD. Entry into the sweepstakes can be made either by: (1) participating in the Avadian Foundation’s Pickleball for a Purpose tournament on Sunday, August 10, 2025, (2) making a $20 donation to the Avadian Foundation, or (3) making a bundle donation to the Avadian Foundation. Entries will be made to the package (Braves package, Falcons package, or Atlanta United package) of the donor’s choice.

Tournament participants will receive one Qualified Entry. Qualified Entries, by tournament participants or non-participants, may also be obtained by making a $20 donation to the Avadian Foundation. A bundle of six Qualified Entries for a single package may be obtained by making a $100 donation to the Avadian Foundation. Bundled entries cannot be applied to different prize packages.

To qualify, registration for the tournament must be completed through the tournament's Givebutter page at https://givebutter.com/avadianpickleball4apurpose2025. To donate without registering for the tournament, visit  https://givebutter.com/ultimatesweepstakes and select “Enter Sweepstakes.”

A Qualifying Entry constitutes that entrant’s consent to participate in this promotion and consent for Avadian to use the entrant’s name, address, email address, telephone number, and other information for the purposes of administering this promotion and for other uses by Avadian as permitted by applicable law. Entries are the property of Avadian and will not be acknowledged or returned. Avadian is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misaddressed, or otherwise misdirected entries that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to equipment malfunction or error. Each Qualifying Entry received before the Entry Deadline will be pooled with all other qualifying entries and will be eligible for the Prize. 

WINNER SELECTION. The winner shall be selected using a witnessed, random drawing from all pooled Qualifying Entries. The drawing will take place on Tuesday, August 12, 2025. The winner will be notified via email on August 12, 2025. If the Prize remains unclaimed prior to the end of the business day after Avadian’s reasonable attempts to contact the winner or if the winner is deceased, the winner forfeits the Prize.

GENERAL: BY ENTERING THE PROMOTION, EACH ENTRANT: (1) AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES; (2) AGREES TO RELEASE AVADIAN, KONICA MINOLTA, AND VERINEXT/ARCTIC WOLF AND THEIR EMPLOYEES, BOARD OF DIRECTORS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, DIVISIONS, ADVERTISING, PROMOTION, ENTRY SELECTION AGENT, AND ALL RELATED ENTITIES, FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS, HARM, DAMAGES, COSTS OR EXPENSES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION PROPERTY DAMAGES, PERSONAL INJURY AND/OR DEATH ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION, OR THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE AND CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY AND MERCHANDISE DELIVERY; (3) CONSENTS TO THE USE OF HIS/HER NAME, VOICE, PICTURE, AND LIKENESS FOR ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES IN ANY MEDIUM THROUGHOUT THE WORLD IN PERPETUITY WITHOUT ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION UNLESS PROHIBITED BY LAW; AND (4) AGREES THAT AVADIAN, KONICA MINOLTA, AND VERINEXT/ARCTIC WOLF CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ILLNESS, INJURY, OR DEATH THAT RESULTS FROM CONSUMPTION OF ANY OF THE FOOD OR BEVERAGES AWARDED IN THE PRIZE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE RESULTING FROM ALLERGIC REACTIONS. Avadian, Konica Minolta, and Verinext/Arctic Wolf may terminate the promotion or decide to modify it in any manner that it deems fair and equitable to participants if it becomes aware of any occurrence that would materially affect the promotion’s security and fairness. In the event of any such termination or discontinuation, Avadian will make a cash donation in the amount of the estimated value of the Prizes stated in these Official Rules to a charity of Avadian’s choice qualifying under the U.S. Internal Revenue Code as a § 501(c)(3) charity. Avadian’s choice of the winners, and all other decisions with respect to the promotion, are final. Avadian may prohibit individuals from participating in the promotion and disqualify entries if they in any way (1) attempt to enter the promotion through any means other than as described in these Official Rules, (2) disrupt or attempt to disrupt the promotion or circumvent the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, or (3) repeatedly show a disregard for these Official Rules or act (a) in an unsportsmanlike manner, or (b) with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrant or Avadian, Konica Minolta, and Verinext/Arctic Wolf. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Avadian in connection with the promotion, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Alabama. The odds of winning will be determined solely by the number of qualified entries received.

This offer or promotion is void where prohibited and is subject to federal, state, and local laws and taxes. Applicable taxes are the responsibility of prize winners. 

WINNERS LIST: To receive a list of prize winners, please contact the Avadian Foundation at contact@avadianfoundation.org. You can also send a self-addressed, stamped envelope marked “Avadian Foundation / “Ultimate Sports Fan Sweepstakes WINNERS LISTING” properly addressed to Avadian Foundation, P.O. Box 361686, Hoover, Alabama 35236. Each request for the winners' list must be received by Avadian not later than 30 days after the end of the Promotion period.
